Auditions for Fall Musical “I Love You You’re Perfect Now Change” at Brewster’s Cultural Arts Coalition
The Cultural Arts Coalition is proud to announce auditions for their Fall 2018 Production of “I Love You You’re Perfect Now Change” with book and lyrics by Joe DiPietro and Music by Jimmy Roberts.
We are casting ALL roles. The traditional 4-person cast will be extended to an 8-10 person cast. We are asking all actors interested in auditioning to submit an audition video demonstrating their singing ability. Complete instructions on how to do this can be found on our website at www.CulturalArtsCo.com. Submissions will be accepted beginning on August 5th and ending on August 14th. Submissions must be made by August 14th. In person Callbacks, if needed, are tentatively scheduled for Thursday August 16th. Rehearsal beginSunday, September 16th 2018 We will rehearse all Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Performances will be held at the Studio Around the Corner at 67 Main Street in Brewster on November 3 at 2:00 & 7:30 pm and November 4 at 4:00 pm.
Directing the production is Christine DiTota. Christine has been an active participant in the theatre scene both locally and beyond for over two decades. She has had successful associations with numerous organizations as a director, teacher, actor and entertainer. Christine is a graduate of the SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Theatre Arts and Film and is a member of Actor’s Equity.

About The Town of Southeast Cultural Arts Coalition
The Town of Southeast Cultural Arts Coalition is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating and sustaining cultural arts within the Town of Southeast and its surrounding region. TOSCAC was established as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation in August 2010 with the purpose, as detailed in the incorporation papers, “… to promote and raise funds for the development and effective management of affordable, accessible performance space that will provide citizens of the Town of Southeast opportunities to participate in and appreciate cultural arts, including lectures, theater, dance, film, music, visual arts, and inclusive community events.” Our current focus is the restoration of the Southeast Old Town Hall, a historic landmark within the Village of Brewster and a perfect venue to serve as a cultural hub. The Old Town Hall has been described as a “Jewel in the Center of Brewster” and its restoration will help foster the revitalization of downtown Brewster.
