Two Males Arrested for Burglary and Criminal Mischief in Patterson

Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. reports the arrest of two male suspects after a deli was burglarized, in the Town of Patterson. On July 4, 2018, at approximately 1:35 am, Sheriff Deputies responded to a burglary alarm at the Border-Line Deli, located at 182 Fairfield Drive, in the Town of Patterson. Upon arrival, Deputy Vincent Dalo observed that the store’s front door and a window had been broken and the business had indeed been burglarized. Deputy Dalo, Deputy Michael Diveglio, and Sergeant William Quick Jr. checked the business and canvassed the area, but were unable to locate suspects.

On July 8, 2018, after further investigation, investigators from the Sheriff’s Department Bureau of Criminal Investigations, arrested Mr. Timothy J. Yeager, age 21, of Eastport, NY, and Mr. David L. Lussier, age 18, of Putnam Valley, NY. Both were charged with the felony crimes of Burglary in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree.

Mr. Yeager was arraigned at Patterson Justice Court and was released on his own recognizance, pending a future court date at Patterson Justice Court. Mr. Lussier was arraigned in Southeast Justice Court, by the Honorable Justice Vercollone, on behalf of the Patterson Justice Court. Judge Vercollone remanded Mr. Lussier to the Putnam County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash/ $10,000 bail-bond. Mr. Lussier also has a future court date at the Town of Patterson Justice Court.
