Shirley Ann Richard, 75, a resident of Wingdale, NY, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2108, at her home in Wingdale. Ms. Richard was an administrator at the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center in Wingdale, NY.
Born on April 21, 2018, in Constable, NY she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Emma (Miner), Richard. Ms. Richard was also predeceased by her husband, Bill Hale in 2010.
Ms. Richard is survived by a son, Sam Hale in Wingdale, NY; two brothers, Donald Richard and his wife, Betty Dufrane, of Chateauguay, NY and Darwin Richard of Wingdale, NY; a sister, Helen LaClair of Lake Luzerne, NY and three grandchildren.
