We lost our wife, mother, and sister Muriel Steinberg Glass of Patterson NY at age 65 due to complications of leukemia on July 4, 2018.
Muriel was born in February of 1953 in New Haven CT to Abraham Steinberg and Anne Solomon Steinberg, and was raised in Danbury, CT.
Muriel graduated from Danbury High School, and from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.
Muriel had a love of music and of art. She used many forms of art such as oil and pencils.
She is survived by her husband William Glass, her brother Max Steinberg, her three children Samantha Glass, Douglas Glass and Catherine Glass Thomas. As well as her son in law Sean Thomas and son in law to be Tom Voytek.
She is also survived by her grandchildren Gregers Corey, Cailey, Timmy, Rusean, Tiana, and Kayla Thomas.
A Memorial Service will be held: Saturday, July 21 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at New Life United Methodist Church of New Fairfield, 1 Beaver Bog Rd, New Fairfield, CT 06812.
