COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION OF A SEX OFFENDER RESIDING IN THE PLEASANT VALLEY AREA
The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office is notifying Dutchess County residents in the Town of Pleasant Valley and surrounding areas that Level 3 sex offender, Wayne Oles, has moved to 32 Netherwood Plaza in the Town of Pleasant Valley. He is a white male, 5’ 6” tall and 200 pounds. He was convicted in 2001 of Sexual abuse in the first degree by violating a 13 year old girl, 14 year old girl and 16 year old girl.
