Rhinebeck, New York – On June 22, 2018, the New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks in conjunction with the Troop K Computer Crimes, and Major Crimes Units arrested Michael M. Billone, age 63, of Rhinebeck, for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.

Investigative work led by the Computer Crimes Unit in Troop K developed information that Billone was in possession of digital files containing sexual performances by children.  A search warrant was applied for and granted by a local magistrate which led to the subsequent arrest of Billone.

Billone was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Rhinebeck Court on July 12, 2018, at 5:00 p.m.
