Pawling Rotary Roger Smith Scholarship Winners
Breann Scoca and Kelly Koerner were selected as the 2018 Pawling Rotary Roger Smith Scholarship Winners.
Winners were selected based on academic excellence, leadership and personal commitment to community service, with each
receiving $2,500 to defray college expenses.
