PRESS RELEASE

Southeast, New York – On June 15, 2018, the New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Jaroslav Kiskas, age 43, of Southeast, for Forcible Touching, a class A misdemeanor.

On May 26, 2018, Troopers received a complaint of an unidentified male pinching the buttocks of a child under the age of seven-years-old, and asking the victim to follow him while in Marshalls in the town of Southeast.  Through investigation, the subject was eventually identified as Kiskas, and subsequently arrested.

Kiskas was processed without incident and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Southeast Court on June 26, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.
