Town of Bethel man arrested for Criminal Possession of Marijuana

On May 19, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Brett Stevens, 23, of Bethel, NY for Criminal Possession of Marijuana 2^nd  degree, and three counts of Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7^th degree.

The vehicle Stevens was a passenger in was stopped on State Route 17 in the town of Bethel. Subsequent to that stop, Stevens was determined to be the owner of 17.6 ounces of marijuana, and in possession of small amounts of suboxone and ketamine. Stevens was arraigned in the Town of Thompson Court and held on $15,000 bail.
