On 5/19/18, following an investigation by the State Police Troopers out of the Kinderhook Barracks and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of Zone 1 Headquarters, Fred A. Dickens III was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Mr. Dickens violated a duly served Court Order of Protection in the Town of Kinderhook. He was arraigned by Town of Kinderhook Town Justice David Dellehunt and released on his own recognizances. He is set to re-appear in court on June 19, 2018.
