State Police arrest five for Driving While Intoxicated

On May 17, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Patricia Trippiedi, 60 of Surprise, NY for DWI. She was traveling in the town of Greenville when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On May 17, 2018, State Police Kingston arrested Milton Cecil, 58 of Highland, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of Rosendale when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On May 18, 2018, State Police Montgomery arrested Alberto Rivera, 38 of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On May 18, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Madeline Miller, 38 of Amenia, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 299 in the town of Lloyd when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On May 18, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested James Ross, 52 of Yonkers, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 87 in the town of Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
