Two arrested for Unlawful Grand Jury Disclosure

PRESS RELEASE
On March 20, 2018, The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Livingston arrested Stephanie H. Monseu, 49 of Hudson, NY and Wayne Coe, 56 of Chatham, NY for Unlawful Grand Jury Disclosure, in violation of section 215.70 of the Penal Law, a Class E Felony.
In October 2017 the State Police commenced an investigation into the unlawful disclosure of confidential information that they were privy to while serving on a Columbia County Grand Jury.
Both defendants were issued Appearance Tickets returnable to the City of Hudson City Court for April 3, 2018, at 8:30 am.
