Obituary, Constance MacIntire

 

Constance MacIntire, 75, of Elizaville passed away on March 18, 2018 at Northern Dutchess Hospital.

Connie was born on March 30, 1942, in East Arlington Vermont the daughter of the late John and Bessie (Boesse) Hadden. She is predeceased by her husband William MacIntire. Connie is survived by five children, Donna Craft-Hatesaul and the late Frederick Hatesaul of Elizaville, N.Y., Cynthia and Bruce Freer Stone Ridge, N.Y., Russell and Angeleen Craft of Germantown, N.Y., Lori and Ron Lebeouf of Pleasant Valley, N.Y., And Thomas Craft of Elizabeth City, N.C. Many Grandchildren: Nikolaus and William Hatesaul of Elizaville, Joseph Freer of Stone Ridge, Russell Craft, Jr., and Lisa Lynch, Stephen Craft and Jamie Heinkein, Michael, Christopher and Angel Lynn Craft, Shaun LeBeouf of Poughkeepsie, Thom of San Diego California, and Josh and Cassanda Craft of Elizabeth City North Carolina. Several great-grandchildren: Thomas and Jacob Craft of Elizabeth City, N.C., Chloe, Liliana, Jace, and Kayleigh Craft, of Germantown, N.Y.

During her career-Connie owned and operated a coffee shop “Connie’s Home Cookin” in Pine Plains, N.Y. She worked with developmentally challenged children and adults. She was a Waitress for many years. Connie was retired and she enjoyed spending time and helping her children and grandchildren. She was a tireless advocate for all. Calling hours will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at 209 Main St, Germantown, NY.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with burial following in the Elizaville United Methodist Church Cemetery.
