ARREST: Members of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Raymond M. Morris, 23, of Rhinebeck. Mr. Morris was arrested on an outstanding Town of Woodstock Court warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree.
On March 16, 2018 at 12:20 PM, deputies located Mr. Morris and took him into custody. He was arraigned in the Town of Kingston Court and released upon posting cash bail. He is to return to the Town of Woodstock Court on a later date.
