Ferndale man arrested for misdemeanor DWI

On March 15th, 2018, New York State Police out of the Liberty barracks charged Thomas P. Goetz of Ferndale, NY with misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated.

On March 15, 2018, at approximately 9:00 pm, Troopers responded to a landlord/tenant dispute on Old White Lake Turnpike in the town of Bethel. During the course the investigation, it was determined that one of the involved parties, Thomas P. Goetz, had driven to the scene while intoxicated. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Liberty barracks for processing. He was determined to have a blood alcohol concentration of 0.12%.

Mr. Goetz was arraigned in the town of Rockland and remanded to Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $500.00 bail/$1000.00 bond.
