Hyde Park man arrested for grand larceny

Poughkeepsie, New York – On March 12, 2018, the New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested Dennis Morgan, age 52, of Hyde Park, NY, for Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.
In December of 2017, the New York State Police began an investigation into the possible larceny of money from a Hyde Park construction company. Investigators determined Morgan illegally used company credit cards to purchase over $11,000 worth of merchandise from Home Depot, and Staples in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Morgan was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Poughkeepsie Court on March 21, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.
