Fishkill, New York – On March 8, 2018, the Hudson Valley Community Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Anthony Decola, age 21, of Fishkill, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree with Intent to Sell, a class B felony.
On March 8, 2018, Investigators executed a search warrant of a residence on Crestwood Circle in the town of Fishkill. Approximately 85.5 grams of cocaine and 152 grams of marijuana were seized. Simultaneously Troopers located and arrested Decola operating a 2011 Subaru on Interstate 84 in the town of Fishkill.
Decola was arraigned before the town of Wappinger Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
