State Police Wurtsboro arrest Slate Hill man for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

On March 9, 2018, State Police at Wurtsboro charged Antonio N. Harmon-Gary, 32, of Slate Hill, NY with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th degree (Class A Misdemeanor).  Troopers stopped Harmon-Gary in his vehicle on State Route 17 in the Town of Mamakating for a traffic violation.  A probable cause search was conducted and Harmon-Gary was found to be in possession of a Suboxone Sublingual Film (a controlled substance) and Concentrated Cannabis.  He was placed under arrest and transported to SP Wurtsboro where he was processed.

He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Mamakating Court on March 20, 2018 at 9:00 AM.
