New Windsor man arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

On February 28, 2018, State Police at Highland charged Christopher J. Raymond , 45 of New Windsor, NY with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (Class B Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree (Class A Misdemeanor) and Operating a Motor Vehicle impaired by drugs.

Raymond was found to possess methamphetamine during a traffic stop on State Route 208 at Denniston Road in the town of Gardiner.  He was arraigned before town of Gardiner Justice Rich and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of 25,000 cash 50,000 bond.
