Peekskill man arrested for additional sexual offenses against a child

Wappinger, New York – On February 23, 2018, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Elisha D. Henry, age 23, of Peekskill, New York, for two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a class D felony.

On February 19, 2018, the State arrested Henry for sexual conduct with a victim under the age of eleven-years-old in the town of Wappinger.

On February 23, 2018, Henry was arrested for two additional felonies after an investigation determined he also sexually abused the child victim in the city of Peekskill.

Henry was arraigned before the city of Peekskill Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail.  Henry is next scheduled to appear before the court on February 26, 2018, at 11:00 a.m.
