Copake – Concetta Maria Eastman, 36, a lifelong area resident, died Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Sharon Hospital in Sharon, CT, from injuries she sustained as a victim of a hit and run accident on Bogg Hollow Road in the Town of Amenia, NY. Concetta or Jett as she was more affectionately known, was a former supervisor and current foreign orders and business manager at Harney & Sons Fine Teas and Master Blenders in Millerton, NY where she had worked since 2005.

Born June 16, 1978 in Great Barrington, MA, she was the daughter of Steven J. Richardson of Wassaic, NY, and Lana M. (Maggiacomo) Brown of Millerton, NY. Jett was a graduate of Webutuck High School class of 1997. She attended Dutchess Community College and was currently enrolled online focusing on a Business Management Degree. Jett enjoyed doing crafty things with her daughters and collecting fairies, but most of all she enjoyed living life with her fiancé Sean Hosier and their two daughters, Octaviana Temparance Hosier, age four and Auriella Bradlie Marie Hosier, age two. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, fiancé and children, Jett is survived by her two brothers, Jeremie Patrick Richardson and Ryan John Richardson both of Wassaic, NY; her stepmother, Judie Richardson of Wassaic; her grandmother, Eleanor Currier of Randolph, VT; her future mother in law, Diane E. Hosier of Millerton; several aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends.

Jett was predeceased by her grandfather, Rudolph C. Richardson; her grandparents, Armand C. Maggiacomo and Gladys (Maggiacomo) Flanagan; her step father, Donald Brown and her future father in law, Bradley C. Hosier.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 1-4pm and 6-9pm at the Scott D. Conklin Funeral Home, 37 Park Avenue, Millerton, NY 12546. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 11am at the Millerton Presbyterian Church, 58 Main Street, Millerton, NY. Burial will follow at Irondale Cemetery in Millerton, NY.
