Pleasant Valley, New York – On February 10, 2018, the New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested April Gadonniex, age 39, of Pleasant Valley, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.

On February 10, 2018, Troopers responded to Denise Court in the Town of Pleasant Valley for a Domestic Dispute.  Upon arrival, it was discovered that April Gadonniex placed the seven-year-old victim outside in the rain wearing socks and a t-shirt as a form of discipline.  The child then ran to a neighbor’s residence for help prompting the neighbor to contact 911.

Gadonniex was arraigned in the Town of Union Vale Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail or $500 bond.  A Full Stay Away Order of Protection was issued in favor of the victim.  Gadonniex is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pleasant Valley Court on February 15, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
