This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwestern Connecticut,
western Massachusetts, eastern New York outside of northern Herkimer
and Hamilton Counties, and southern Vermont.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Light snow is expected this afternoon into tonight, though it may be
moderate over the southern Adirondacks and western Mohawk Valley.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

A wintry mix including some sleet and or freezing rain will be
possible Saturday night into Sunday morning, especially from
Helderbergs and Mohawk Valley northward. A winter weather advisory
may be needed if confidence in freezing rain increases.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time, but snowfall reports
are appreciated.
