Yorktown man arrested for driving while impaired by drugs

Yorktown, New York – On January 30, 2018, the New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested, Michael Tomasetti, age 43, of Yorktown, for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Impaired by Drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor.

On January 30, 2018, at approximately 1:45 a.m., Troopers stopped a 2002 Toyota Tundra on Crompond Rd in the town of Yorktown for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.  Investigation determined Tomasetti was impaired by drugs and he was subsequently arrested.

Tomasetti was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the town of Yorktown Court on February 13, 2018, at 7:00 p.m.
