Wappinger woman arrested for burglary following a domestic dispute

Fishkill, New York – On January 21, 2018 the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Teresa D. Lucas, age 44, of Wappinger, NY, for Burglary in the 2nddegree, a class C felony, and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony.On January 21, 2018, Troopers responded to Taylor Lane in the village of Fishkill for a burglary in progress. Investigation revealed Lucas forcibly entered the residence of a former domestic partner and damaged the door, molding and additional property in the process.
Lucas was arraigned before the village of Fishkill Court and released on her own recognizance to return on January 29, 2018, at 9:30 a.m.
