Somers, New York – January 13, 2018, the New York State Police from the Somers barracks are investigating an increased number of larcenies from vehicles.

These crimes are occurring in multiple Westchester County residential neighborhoods and are facilitated by residents who leave valuables inside vehicles and fail to secure their vehicles.The State Police would like to advise residents to always lock their vehicles and never store valuable property within.
