Bronx Woman Arrested for Possession of Narcotics

 

Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley, Jr. reports the arrest of a Bronx woman on narcotics possession charges.

On January 5, 2018, Lisa M. Bianco, aged 39, of 1075 East 179th St, Bronx, NY, was committed to the Putnam County Correctional Facility for a violation of Probation. During intake procedures, Correction Officers searched the female commitment. During the course of the search, a quantity of alleged heroin and cocaine was found secreted on Ms. Bianco.

Ms. Bianco was arrested and charged with (2) two counts of Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree, a class D Felony, and (2) two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a class A Misdemeanor.

Ms. Bianco was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Joseph J. Spofford, Jr. of the Town of Carmel Justice Court and remanded to the Putnam County Correctional facility, in lieu of $25,000 cash / $50,000 bond, pending a future court date.
