Mamaroneck, NY – On December 13, 2017, at approximately 1:13 a.m., State Police were dispatched to investigate a three car serious injury accident on I-95, (southbound) near mpm 10.2, in the Village of Mamaroneck.Operator of vehicle one Furkat Yuldashev, age 30, of Mason, OH, was southbound on I-95, in the Village of Mamaroneck. Operator of vehicle two Yesenia Camacho, age 26, of Bronx, NY was parked in the right lane of I-95 (unoccupied at the time of impact) to render assistance to the operator of vehicle three Alwin Martinez, age 27, of Bronx, NY whose vehicle was disabled on the right shoulder (also unoccupied at time of impact).

Vehicle one (Yuldashev) rear-ended vehicle two (Camacho) which pushed into vehicle three (Martinez), subsequently striking both operators of vehicles two and three who were standing in front of their vehicles at the time of impact. Both Camacho and Martinez sustained serious life threatening injuries and were transported to Jacobi Medical Center for treatment.

Yuldashev was uninjured.  No charges have been filed and the accident remains under investigation.
