Troop F State Police arrest 3 for Driving While Intoxicated and 1 for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs

On December 13, 2017, State Police Liberty, arrested Michael OReilly, 30, of Swan Lake, NY for DWI. He was traveling on County Route 71 in the Town of Liberty when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 12, 2017, State Police Wurtsboro, arrested Joshua Keifer, 39, of Bloomingburg, NY for DWI. He was traveling in the village of Bloomingburg when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 13, 2017, State Police Ellenville, arrested Marie Bruce, 55, of Ellenville, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 209 in the Town of Wawarsing when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 13, 2017, State Police Coxsackie, arrested Yolanda Almestica-Rivera, 47, of Hudson, NY for DWAI-Drugs. She was involved a property damage accident on State Route 385 in the Town of Catskill. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.
