On December 8, 2017, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Robert C. Himics, age 61, of Wappingers Falls, NY, for DWI. He was traveling in the Village of Fishkill, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 8, 2017, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Eric J. Bulinski, age 30, of Wappingers Falls, NY, for DWI. He was traveling in the town of Wappinger, NY, when he was involved in a motor-vehicle collision. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs and was subsequently arrested.
On December 8, 2017, State Police from SP Rhinebeck arrested John M. Thomas, age 48, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. He was traveling in the town of Poughkeepsie, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 8, 2017, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Patricia A. Reda, age 53, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. She was traveling in the town of Cortlandt, NY, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 8, 2017, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Justin J. Cardascia, age 29, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 376 in the town of Poughkeepsie, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 9, 2017, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Carlos J. Peguero, age 37, of Wappingers Falls, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9 in the village of Croton-Hudson, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On December 9, 2017, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Noval Baez, age 35, of Danbury, CT, for DWI and drug possession. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and in possession of cocaine, and was subsequently arrested.
On December 9, 2017, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Shayonna B. McZeal, age 27, of North Chesterfield, VA, for DWI. She was traveling in the City of Poughkeepsie, NY, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on Route 22 in the town of Patterson, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
