Man arrested for Grand Larceny and Forgery

PRESS RELEASE
On December 1, 2017 The New York State Police at Kinsgton arrested Nicholas A Guido, 39 years old of Gilead Street in the City of Kingston, for Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Forgery 2nd Degree and Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree. All are Class D Felonies.
Guido was arrested after an investigation revealed that he had withdrawn funds from his bank against deposited forged checks. Guido was arraigned before the Town of Ulster County and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $2000 bail. He is scheudled to appear in the Town of Ulster Court on Tuesday December 5, 2017 at 2:00pm.
