Three Arrested in New Paltz on Drug Possession Charges

Three individuals were taken into custody by the New York State Police during the early morning hours on November 22, after a search warrant was executed at the Southside Terrace Apartments in New Paltz, NY. As a result of ongoing investigations into the sales of narcotics in Ulster County NY, The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET), the Town of New Paltz NY PD, and the Ulster County URGENT task force obtained and executed a search warrant at apartment 9A.
Taken into custody were 24-year-old Mason Silverman, 20-year-old Connor McManus of Gardiner, and 18-year-old Emma Jean Gloffke of New Windsor. All three were in the apartment at the time the search warrant was executed. Cocaine, heroin, marihuana, Xanax, drug paraphernalia, and cash was seized from the apartment.
All three were taken into custody and arraigned before Hon Jonathan Katz, Town Justice of New Paltz. All three were remanded to the Ulster County Jail pending further court adjudications.
