PRESS RELEASE

 

Dover, New York – On November 27, 2017, the New York State Police from the Dover Plains Barracks arrested Kenneth T. Ciralli, age 26, of Dover, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony, Assault in the 3rd Degree, and Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, both Class A Misdemeanors.

On November 27, 2017, at approximately 4:30 AM, Troopers responded to Sasso Lane in the Town of Dover for a report of shots fired.  The investigation determined that Ciralli had fired a Carbon Dioxide powered BB Pistol inside and outside of his residence intentionally striking several people.  One person suffered minor injuries.

Ciralli was arraigned before Town of Dover Justice Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
