SP Brewster – Patterson man arrested for providing alcohol to underage victim

Patterson, New York – On November 15, 2017, The New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Donte M. Floyd, age 19, of Patterson, for Unlawful Dealing with a Child in the 1st Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
On October 20, 2017, a nineteen-year-old victim was taken to Putnam Hospital Center, and found to have a potentially fatal blood alcohol content of over 0.4 percent. Investigation determined that Floyd bought alcohol with a fraudulent identification card and then provided the alcohol to the underage victim.
Floyd was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Patterson Justice Court on November 30, 2017, at 5:30 PM.
