SP Poughkeepsie – Clinton Corners man arrested for Possessing Stolen Plate and Drugs

Lagrange, New York – On October 19, 2017 the New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Julian M. Muhlemann, age 19, of Clinton Corners, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree, both Class A Misdemeanors, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, an Unclassified Misdemeanor.
While on routine patrol Troopers stopped a vehicle for violations of New York State Vehicle and Traffic law on October 19, 2017, at approximately 2:20 AM. Investigation at the scene found that the operator of the vehicle, Muhlemann, was in possession of stolen Connecticut license plates. A small amount of the drug Alprazolam was discovered while impounding the vehicle.
Muhlemann was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets and Appearance Tickets returnable to the Town of Lagrange Justice Court on November 21, 2017, at 5:00 PM.
