SP Dover Plains – Poughkeepsie men and woman arrested for burglarizing Amenia home

Amenia, New York – On October 17, 2017 the New York State Police arrested Austin M. Lovett, age 32, Taylor E. Desario, age 21, and Dyer A. Burns, age 17, all of Poughkeepsie, NY, for Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony.
State Police received a complaint of a burglary of a dwelling on State Route 343 in the town of Amenia, on October 1, 2017. Careful and thorough investigation led to the arrest of three suspects on October 17, 2017.
Lovett, Desario, and Burns were arraigned before the Town of Amenia Justice Court. Lovett was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond with his next appearance scheduled for November 20, 2017, at 12:00 PM. Desario and Burns were both released under the supervision of Dutchess County Probation with their next scheduled appearance before the Town of Amenia Justice court on November 20, 2017, at 1:00 PM.
