Hyde Park, New York – On October 16, 2017 the New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested Michael Williams, age 30, of Germantown, NY, for Falsifying Business Records in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony.

Williams collected unemployment insurance benefits in the amount of $6,682.50 from the New York State Department of Labor while gainfully employed.

Williams was released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Hyde Park Justice Court on November 14, 2017, at 8:30 AM.
