PRESS RELEASE
Kinderhook, New York – On October 13, 2017 the New York State Police from the Kinderhook barracks and Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Vincent Beaudoin, age 34, for Making a Terroristic Threat, a Class D Felony.
Beaudoin was observed making numerous verbal threats in a public place and posted videos on social media stating he was planning a mass murder of Law Enforcement Officers.
Beaudoin was arraigned before the Town of Kinderhook Justice Court and remanded to Columbia County without bail. Beaudoin is next scheduled to appear at the Town of Kinderhook Justice Court on October 17, 2017, at 2:00 PM.
