Wappinger, New York – The New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Jean Daniela, age 47, of Wappinger, for Menacing in the 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation.
Dutchess County 911 dispatched Troopers to White Gate Drive for a neighbor dispute involving a knife. Investigation revealed Jean Daniela initiated a dispute with, and used a knife to menace her neighbor over the placement of a satellite dish.
Daniela was arraigned before the Town of Wappinger Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $1000 cash bail or $2000 bond. Daniela is next scheduled to appear before the Town of Wappinger Justice Court on October 11, 2017, at 5:30 PM.
