State Police arrest fugitive from Kansas and two others for multiple charges

The New York State Police in Catskill announce the arrest of a Fugitive From Justice, Marquis Holmes, age 41, of Kansas, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree with intent to sell, Criminal Possession of a controlled Substance in the fourth degree, and Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, all felonies.  Holmes was also charged with misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a controlled substance and the violation of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.  State Police arrested Kaylynn Rogers, age 25, of Catskill, for the felonies of Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and Tampering with physical evidence, misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a controlled substance, and the violation of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.  State police also arrested Skyler Skully, age 25, of Athens, for misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a controlled substance.  The three suspects were arrested on August 12, 2017, at approximately 2:00am, after New York State Troopers initiated a traffic stop on a Honda Civic on Route 9W in the Village of Catskill.  The three suspects were arraigned in the Village of Catskill Court, Marquis Holmes was remanded to the Greene County Jail with no bail, Kaylynn Rogers was remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $2,500 bond, and Skyler Skully was released on his own recognizance.
