State Police arrest 3 for house burglary

The New York State Police in Catskill announce the arrests of three Durham residents, Daniel Owen, age 28, Candace Cunningham, age 24, and Sarah Jaghamin, age 24, for Burglary in the second degree, a class C felony.  On August 3^rd, 2017, the Town of Durham Police Department and the New York State Police responded to a reported burglary to a dwelling on Stonitch Road in the Town of Durham.  A criminal investigation concluded that the three suspects participated in a burglary to the residence on July 30^th, 2017.  The three suspects were subsequently arraigned in the Town of Durham Court and were remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond.
