State Police arrest Woodridge, NY female for DWI and Assault 2nd

PRESS RELEASE

On August 8. 2017, State Police at Middletown arrested Lacy Odom, 33, of Woodridge, NY for Driving While Intoxicated, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Governmental Administration, Criminal Mischief and Assault 2nd.

ODOM was traveling westbound on State Route 17 in the Town of Mamakating when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. While being interviewed by the Trooper, ODOM showed signs of intoxication. After failing sobriety tests the trooper attempted to take her into custody. ODOM began to physically resist and was subsequently taken into custody.

She was arraigned in the Town of Mamakating Court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail in lieu of bail.
