Poughquag – Jane V. Moffat, formerly of North Salem, died on July 24, 2017. She had worked as an EKG Technician at Putnam Hospital Center. She is survived by her children, Christine (Wayne) Travelpiece, and Robert (Mary Jude) Moffat; son-in-law, Joseph Chiaramonte; grandchildren, Kate Farmer, Ryan Travelpiece, Michael Chiaramonte, Alison Chiaramonte, Mark Moffat and Kevin Moffat; and her five great-grandchildren. Jane was predeceased by her husband, Mark L. Moffat, and her children, Mark E. Moffat and Jane Chiaramonte.
Calling hours on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at 895 Route 82, Hopewell Jct. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 9:15am at St. Columbia Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Jct. followed by interment in Mount Hope Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
