Hyde Park resident charged with burglarizing Town of Clinton home

PRESS RELEASE

Clinton, New York – on July 8, 2017, New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested Rachelle Jordan, 30 years old, of Hyde Park, New York, for Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony.

In June of 2016, Troopers were dispatched to a home located in the Town of Clinton to investigate a burglary.  An investigation revealed that Jordan unlawfully entered the home and stole a backpack leaf blower.

The defendant was arraigned in the Town of Clinton Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.  Jordan is scheduled to return to the Town of Clinton Court at a later date and time.
