State Police Highland arrest Middletown woman for Rape 3rd

PRESS RELEASE

On June,28, 2017, State Police at Highland arrested NICOLE POTTS-MILLER age 36 of Middletown, NY for the following charges.
Rape 3^rd Degree a Class E Felony
Sexual Abuse 2^nd Degree a Class A Misdemeanor

The arrest of POTTS-MILLER was the result of an investigation into allegation of her having sexual contact and engaging in sexual conduct with two residents of the Highland Residential Center on Chodikee Lake Rd Highland NY.   Potts-Miller was employed at the facility as a teacher’s assistant at the time of the alleged incidents.

NICOLE POTTS-MILLER  was arraigned before Town of Esopus Town Justice Elizabeth Shanley-Manicone and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of  25,000 Cash Bail or 50,000 Bond
