There is a Marginal Risk of severe thunderstorms tonight, mainly through this evening. The primary threat will be isolated damaging wind gusts. In addition, thunderstorms will be capable of producing locally very heavy rainfall tonight. This could lead to flooding of urban and or poor drainage areas, and isolated flash flooding. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. A few lingering thunderstorms could produce heavy rainfall Saturday morning, mainly across the Catskills, Mid Hudson Valley, and Northwest Connecticut. There is a chance of thunderstorms Tuesday, and again Thursday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
