Castagna Realty Discusses Project Update at Joint Pawling Chamber and Rotary Meeting
On the evening of June 20th, the Pawling Chamber of Commerce and Pawling Rotary held a joint meeting at The Brady Brook Farms Meeting House, with invited guests from Castagna Realty Corp. Castagna Realty’s President and CEO, John J. Gutleber (right) and Project Leader, Alex Wong (left), presented their future plans for the large plot of land just north of Hannaford’s on Route 22., Both Mr Gutleber and Mr. Wong discussed their current negotiations to bring in the YMCA and Urgent Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care facilities to the area. Also discussed, was their planning for over one hundred, 55+ condominiums. These plans are being discussed with the Pawling Planning Board. They hope to have the work begin as early as 2018.
