Free Open Mic Night at the Studio Around the Corner!
Write poetry? Play an instrument? Sing? Act? Just want to show off your stuff? Come to Studio Around the Corner’s Open Mic Night! Enjoy others performances or perform yourself on Friday, June 23 from 8pm – 10:30pm. This FREE event is open to performers and spectators 16 and older.
Pre-register online for one of the ten-minute time slots. If not filled, the rest will be available at the door. We ask that musicians be tuned prior to getting on stage. Vocalist must bring music and appropriate cables to connect to the equipment.
Performers will have 10 minutes or two songs (whichever comes first) and should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your time slot. Audience members are welcome to enjoy cabaret-style seating. Food and beverages will be available for sale.
Additional Open Mic Nights will be held on July 21 & August 11.

About The Cultural Arts Coalition
The Cultural Arts Coalition is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating and sustaining cultural arts within the Town of Southeast and its surrounding region. CAC was established as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation in August 2010 with the purpose, as detailed in the incorporation papers, “… to promote and raise funds for the development and effective management of affordable, accessible performance space that will provide citizens of the Town of Southeast opportunities to participate in and appreciate cultural arts, including lectures, theater, dance, film, music, visual arts, and inclusive community events.”
Our current focus is the renovation of the Southeast Old Town Hall, a historic landmark within the Village of Brewster and a perfect venue to serve as a cultural hub. The Old Town Hall has been described as a “Jewel in the Center of Brewster” and its renovation will help foster the revitalization of downtown Brewster.
