Student Art Exhibit at the Pawling Library

A lot is always happening at the Pawling Library. Currently, there is a display of student art gracing the walls and propped atop the stacks.. The works exhibited are a selection from the 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students in Advanced Placement Art, Drawing and Painting 1 and Drawing and Painting 2 classes at Pawling High School. The works include pencil drawings, pen and ink, pastels, watercolors, oils, acrylic and mixed media pieces.

The opening reception took place Monday, June 5th at 6:30 p.m.  Community members who missed the reception are welcome to pop in and enjoy the expressive and engaging art of our talented students. Library hours are posted on the website at: www.pawinglibrary.org. The artwork will be on display until June 20th.
