PRESS RELEASE
On May 19, 2016 at approximately 5:30 pm Columbia County 911 dispatched Niverville Fire Department, Valatie Rescue Squad and Kinderhook Troopers to a residence in the hamlet of Niverville, Town of Kinderook for a report of a 1 year old found unresponsive in a swimming pool.
The child was transported to Albany Medical Center.
New York State Police Bureua of Criminal Investigation from the Livingston Barracks are currently conducting an investigation into the matter.
No further information is available on the child’s condition at this time.
